1、 Current situation of induced draft fan before transformation

The self provided power plant is a 3 × 135wm circulating vulcanization bed generator set.All six induced draft fans of three units adopt hydraulic coupling adjustment mode. The hydraulic coupling transmits the motor energy and changes the output speed by controlling the change of momentum moment of working oil in the working chamber. The motor drives its driving wheel through the input shaft of the hydraulic coupling to accelerate the working oil, and the accelerated working oil drives the slave of the hydraulic couplingAs a turbine, the energy is transmitted to the output shaft and the load. In this way, the torque of the output shaft can be controlled by controlling the oil pressure in the working chamber to achieve the purpose of controlling the speed of the load.The speed range of the hydraulic coupling is between 20% and 95%, and its efficiency is basically proportional to the speed. With the decrease of the output speed, the efficiency is basically proportional to the decrease.The efficiency is 95% at 100% speed, 72% at 75% speed and 19% at 20% speed. The output power of the shaft of the hydraulic coupling is proportional to the third power of the speed. When the speed decreases, although the efficiency of the hydraulic coupling is proportional to the speed, the power of the motor's integrated shaft still decreases in the second power with the decrease of the speed. 2、 Implementation plan of transformation

1Frequency converter selection and configuration scheme

According to the motor capacity of induced draft fan, the inverter hivert-y06 / 220 produced by Beijing Hekang Yisheng Frequency Conversion Technology Co., Ltd. is selected, and the rated output current is 220a.The existing induced draft fan motor and high-voltage switch are reserved. Considering the location of 6kV power distribution room, we set the spare space of dust collector power distribution room as the frequency converter room. The frequency converter cable uses the original power cable of induced draft fan, and the frequency converter to fan cable is rearranged.The control power supply of frequency converter is controlled by 380V. One way of power supply is from the transformer of frequency converter, and the other way is from the 380V system of unit. The two ways of power supply can be automatically switched without manual adjustment.The cable trench between frequency converters shall be improved on the basis of the original cable trench to ensure that it meets the construction requirements.
