1、 The necessity of energy saving of cooling fan

The cooling fan of shaft furnace is regulated by baffle (valve), a considerable amount of energy is consumed on the baffle (valve), so the potential of power saving in this aspect is very considerable.According to the analysis of the field data, there is a large margin in the operation of the equipment. Using high-voltage frequency conversion to replace the traditional fan damper and baffle adjustment has a unique advantage. While achieving substantial energy saving and consumption reduction, it can improve the speed regulation accuracy and response speed of the system, realize the soft start and soft stop of the electric machine, reduce the impact on the power grid and mechanical transmission equipment, and improve the degree of self-control,Reduce the amount of mechanical equipment maintenance, reduce the labor intensity of operators, and achieve good economic benefits for enterprises

3、 Transformation scheme of cooling fan

6kv500kw is selected for high voltage frequency conversion, and one drive one manual bypass mode is adopted for primary circuit.The secondary control adopts remote start stop and open loop speed control in the control room.

The high-voltage inverter is installed on the East platform outside the high-voltage distribution room of the shaft furnace, and the civil engineering is separated by one span as a special independent inverter room.
