2.1 furnace body steel structure:

The steel structure of the furnace body is completely welded, the shell is made of 8mm thick high quality Q235 steel plate and 16 # i-steel by external strengthening welding, and the bottom of the furnace is made of 16mm thick high quality Q235 steel plate and 20 # i-steel by external strengthening welding, the whole shell forms a net reinforced steel structure, which has good steel strength and air tightness, can fully withstand the mechanical stress and thermal stress of the furnace, all the steel used on the furnace are made of WISCO or Lianyuan steel;

2.2. Furnace Door:

Aluminum alloy ingot and slag are added to 780 * 550 hinge-type furnace door, slot casting is used around the furnace door, high temperature fiber cotton is embedded in the slot to ensure its sealing performance and service life.

2.3 burners: 

12T holding furnaces each equipped with 11.5 million kcal oil-fired high-temperature burners (manual control) .
